Privacy Policy — Autofill Chrome Extension
Last updated: August 31, 2026
What this covers
This policy describes how the Listing Launchpad Autofill Chrome extension (the “Extension”) handles information. The Extension and the Listing Launchpad product are operated by Cekan Holdings Ltd. (“we,” “us”). This policy applies to the Extension only. Use of the Listing Launchpad web app is covered by our main Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What the Extension does
The Extension is a form-filling assistant for real estate agents. When you are signed in to Listing Launchpad and choose to fill a listing or MLS form on a web page, it matches the details of one of your own listings to the fields on that page and fills the blanks. It only acts when you tell it to and only fills empty fields unless you choose “overwrite.” It never publishes or finally submits a listing on your behalf: on multi-step forms it can advance through the steps of a fill you started (Next / Save & Continue), and on create-then-edit sites it clicks the site’s own Create button and steps through the site’s setup prompts to open the full listing form — the final Publish or Submit is always yours to click.
Information the Extension accesses
- Your Listing Launchpad listings. Using your signed-in session, the Extension reads the listing data you have already entered (e.g. address, price, bedrooms, square footage, descriptions, photos) so it can fill forms with it.
- Client details you have linked to a listing. Where you have linked a verified client to a listing, the Extension may read that client’s contact details to populate seller/party fields on a form you are filling.
- Your own agent and brokerage details. The Extension reads the per-board identity you have saved in Settings (e.g. your REALTOR ID, office ID, brokerage name, phone, and email) to fill agent-identity fields on that board’s forms.
- The form on the page you are filling. To match fields, the Extension reads the structure of the form on the active tab (field labels, names, types, and option lists) at the moment you trigger a fill. It does not read your browsing history or pages you have not asked it to fill. As described below, this form structure (not the values on the page) is sent to our servers to match fields.
Information stored on your device
The Extension stores, locally in your browser (Chrome storage): your Listing Launchpad login session token, the ID of the listing you last selected so the panel reopens where you left off, a cached field-name mapping table per site, a pending image link when you use the right-click import, and short-lived session-scoped fill and telemetry state that clears when the browser closes. The session token is sent only to Listing Launchpad to authenticate the requests described below; the longer-lived refresh token is never kept by the Extension. When you are signed in to Listing Launchpad in an open tab, the Extension reads the session that page exposes for it and keeps its connection current automatically — nothing is read from, or sent to, any other site.
How information is used
Information is used solely to provide the Extension’s single purpose — filling listing forms with your own data at your request. The Extension does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties; does not use it for advertising; and does not track your general browsing or any site you have not asked it to fill. To provide its function, the Extension sends some information to Listing Launchpad’s servers:
- Field matching. To map the form to your listing, the Extension sends the structure of the form you are filling (field labels, names, types, and option lists) together with the names of your Listing Launchpad fields — not their values. An AI-assisted matching step uses this structure to identify unfamiliar fields; it receives only those field labels and key names, never the values from your listing or the page.
- Fill activity. When you fill a form, the Extension records which fields it filled and any later corrections you make to them, and sends this to your Listing Launchpad account to improve field-matching accuracy (it may be reviewed by Listing Launchpad staff for that purpose, and is never sold or shared). This includes the values written for ordinary listing fields, but not personal contact values — client and seller/buyer party names, emails, and phone numbers (and agent/brokerage contact details) are stripped before this data leaves your browser.
- Fill diagnostics. After a fill, the Extension sends a technical report — which fields matched or failed and why, the form’s structure and option lists, timings, and short diagnostic notes that can quote a listing value the form rejected (for example an option the site wouldn’t accept, or the address as committed) — so we can improve matching on that site.
- Optional actions you trigger. “Pull data from this page,” “Import photos,” and “Check this board for changes” send the relevant page text or image links to Listing Launchpad’s servers to extract listing data for your review. Importing sold comparables sends the sold-listing rows you select to your account’s pricing tool. Creating a listing from the panel sends the address you type to our server, which queries Google’s Places service for address suggestions. Attaching documents to a fill uses short-lived signed links for exactly the documents you pick.
Limited Use
Listing Launchpad Autofill’s use and transfer of information received from the Extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Site access permissions
The Extension requests access to a small set of named sites at install time (Listing Launchpad itself and the rental/marketplace sites it can post to). For any other listing or MLS site, it asks Chrome for permission to run on that specific site the first time you choose to fill a form there — you click “Allow.” Access is per-site and granted by you; the Extension never runs on a site you have not authorized.
Data retention and deletion
Beyond your existing Listing Launchpad account data, the Extension’s server-side records are limited to the field-matching, fill-activity, and fill-diagnostics data described above, stored under your account. Removing the Extension clears its local browser storage. To delete your account data, manage it in the Listing Launchpad web app or contact us.
