What this covers

This policy explains what Cekan Holdings Ltd. stores on your device when you visit listinglaunchpad.com or use Listing Launchpad, why we store it, and how to change your mind. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes everything else we do with personal information.

We use the word “cookies” loosely here, as most people do. Some of what we store is a true cookie sent back to a server; some of it is local storage, which stays in your browser and is never transmitted to us. The tables below say which is which, because the distinction matters: local storage is not readable by us or by anyone else’s website.

The short version

Nothing that tracks you for advertising loads unless you press Accept all. The default, including if you ignore the banner entirely, is essential only.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies anywhere inside the signed-in app, and never on a client-facing share link, intake form, checklist or portal.
Our page-view analytics is cookieless — it stores nothing on your device.
You can change your choice at any time, from this page or the site footer.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work at all. They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and they run without consent because the service cannot be delivered without them.

Preferences

Small, first-party notes about how you last left the interface — the collapsed state of the sidebar, your calendar view, which introductory tips you have dismissed, your preferred units. They live in your browser’s local storage under keys beginning ll_, are never sent to us, and are not used to profile you. Clearing your browser data removes them; nothing breaks if you do.

Analytics

We measure page views with Vercel Web Analytics, our hosting provider’s built-in measure. It is cookieless — it sets nothing on your device and builds no cross-site identifier — so it runs without a consent prompt. Addresses, share links and any other credential that appears in a page’s URL are stripped before a page view is recorded.

Marketing — only if you accept

If, and only if, you press Accept all, we load advertising measurement tags so we can tell which ads bring people to the site. They are not loaded on any client-facing page, and never inside our mobile app.

Declining costs you nothing: every feature works identically either way.

Content embedded from other companies

A public listing page can embed media the agent chose — a map, a video, a 3D tour. When it does, your browser contacts that company directly and they may set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control:

Google Maps — the location map on a public listing page.
YouTube — video tours. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set advertising cookies unless you play the video.
Vimeo and Matterport — video tours and 3D walkthroughs.

These load as part of the listing content itself rather than for our marketing. If you would rather they did not load, most browsers can block third-party content per site.

Changing your mind

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Use the button below, or the Cookie preferences link in the site footer — either one reopens the banner so you can choose again. Declining stops the marketing tags loading from that point on; to remove cookies already set, clear cookies for this site in your browser, and use Meta’s ad preferences and Google’s ad settings for the copies those companies hold.

Do Not Track and global signals

Browsers send these signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring them, so we do not rely on one. We solve the same problem a different way: nothing that tracks you loads until you affirmatively accept, whatever your browser sends.
