If you can sign in

Closing your account takes a few seconds and you don’t need to contact us:
  • Sign in to Listing Launchpad.
  • Open Settings › Profile.
  • Under Close my account, type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete account.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days, and any paid subscription is set to stop renewing right away. You keep what you’ve already paid for. If we can’t reach our payment provider to do that, we tell you on the spot so you can stop it yourself. During that window you can cancel at any time by signing back in. Nothing is removed until the window closes. After it closes we permanently delete your account and its data, and any subscription still running is canceled for good.

What is deleted

Your profile and account login, your listings and their form data, uploaded photos and videos, generated marketing copy, checklists, your leads and contacts, rental applications and their files, offers submitted through an offer link, and offer registrations.
Three things are kept even after deletion, and used for nothing else:
  • Billing and tax records, because Canadian tax law requires them.
  • Your client records, whole: contact details, intake answers, and the identification your workspace collected, with its documents. A client record is the client identification record anti-money-laundering law (FINTRAC) requires an agent to keep, for at least five years.
  • Listing and transaction documents you uploaded, such as listing agreements, offers, amendments, inspection reports and status certificates, which can be the record of a completed transaction.
You can ask us to delete the last two once no legal or professional obligation to keep them applies. Data may also persist briefly in encrypted backups before aging out.
Want a copy first? Use Settings › Profile › Export my data before you close the account. It downloads everything as a single JSON file.

If you can’t sign in

Send us the request below and we’ll verify you own the account and delete it for you. Use the email address the account was registered with. It’s how we confirm the account is yours. You can also email us directly at info@listinglaunchpad.com.
