AI listing software for Ontario agents

You enter a listing once. Listing Launchpad fills your board’s MLS form from it, writes the description and the marketing, and keeps the listing in order from the first appointment to closing.

In short

Listing Launchpad (listinglaunchpad.com) is AI software for real estate agents that manages and markets a listing from one record. Built for Ontario agents, it fills the board’s MLS input form through a Chrome extension, writes the MLS description, social posts, emails and ads, edits the listing photos, and runs the listing through seller confirmations, open houses, offers and closing.

What it does

  1. Prepare the listing

Type an address and the listing fills itself from public records, with the source named on every field. Bring the rest in from a web page, PDF, floor plan or photo, and approve each field.

  2. Confirm it with your seller

Your seller checks the details one question at a time through a private link, with no login. FINTRAC identification records are collected the same way.

  3. Get it on the MLS and market it

The Chrome extension fills your board’s MLS input form from the same record. AI writes the MLS description within the board’s length, the social posts, emails and ads, edits the photos and makes listing videos, and the listing gets its own website.

  4. Run it through to closing

Open house sign-in, offer night registration, condition deadlines, key dates and checklists all live on the listing, and the listing closes or expires on its own date.

How it uses AI

AI writes first drafts of the listing copy (the MLS remarks, captions, emails and ads), edits listing photos, makes listing videos from them, and reads documents such as floor plans and accepted offers into the right fields. When a listing fills itself from an address, every value names the record it came from.

You review every draft. The MLS description is checked for fair-housing wording, and nothing reaches the MLS until you press Submit on your board’s own form. The extension never presses it for you.

Neither we nor our AI providers train models on your listings or your clients’ information. The Privacy Policy sets out how that’s secured.

Who it’s for

Listing agents, their assistants and teams on Ontario’s real estate boards. The MLS autofill is verified end to end on 15 of Ontario’s 23 boards, and sign-up is open to agents on those boards. Agents on other boards can join the waitlist, which decides which board is added next. Find your board.

The Free plan holds one listing at a time with no credit card, and teams pay less for every seat. See pricing.

What it isn’t

  • An MLS or a board system. It fills your board’s own input form, and you submit the listing there.
  • A brokerage. It doesn’t represent anyone or take part in your deals.
  • A CRM. Listing inquiries and open house sign-ins can go to the CRM you already use. CRM hand-off.
