You already entered the property once. The Listing Launchpad Chrome extension takes it from there: it fills your board's MLS input form, the brokerage data sheet in WEBForms and the rental and marketplace sites, field by field, so you stop copying the same details across five websites.
Try the autofill freeThe Listing Launchpad Autofill extension is a Chrome side panel with three tabs. Fill puts a listing into the MLS or data form open in front of you (tuned for Matrix on ITSO, Cornerstone and RAHB boards, PropTx Realm and CREA WEBForms). Post pre-fills rental and marketplace sites. Pull reads a page back into your listing. It never presses Submit for you.
The extension reads the listing from your Launchpad workspace and maps it onto whatever form is open. On the MLS systems Ontario agents use most, it knows the form in detail: on Matrix it commits the board code behind each dropdown, adds room and auxiliary-building rows, and places the map pin; on PropTx Realm it works the Area, Municipality and Community cascade in order, fills the chip banks and toggle rows, and adds the rooms and public open houses.
You choose whether it fills blank fields only or overwrites what is there. When a value has no safe match to a board option, the field stays blank rather than getting a guess, and the fill ends with a report of what it filled, what it skipped and what needs you.
Nothing goes live on its own. The extension fills and saves drafts, and the final Submit or Publish is always your click.
The Post tab opens the create page on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Apartments.com, Zillow Rental Manager, Zumper or Rentals.ca and pre-fills it from the listing. Choose the photos you want and Upload selected photos hands them to the site's uploader in your order, within each site's own photo limit.
On Matrix and Realm, your listing video goes in as the virtual tour link, and floor plans can be uploaded the same way as photos.
The Pull tab works the other way. Scan this page reads any listing page into your workspace for you to review before anything is saved. On a logged-in Matrix listing it reads the fields directly, on Realm it reads the page text, and on a GeoWarehouse report it copies the PIN, roll number, legal description, lot size and assessment exactly.
When a listing is live, the extension can compare the board's version with yours and show real changes, ignoring formatting like commas in a price. Import photos from this page brings a page's images into your gallery.
Fill the workspace, or let address prefill and import do most of it.
Sign in to Matrix, Realm or WEBForms as usual and open the side panel.
Pick the listing, choose blanks only or overwrite, and watch the fields commit.
See what was filled, what was skipped and what still needs your decision.
Finish the leftovers, check the draft and press Submit on the board.
It is tuned for Matrix on ITSO, Cornerstone and RAHB boards, for PropTx Realm, which every PropTx board in Ontario shares, and for CREA WEBForms. Other Matrix and Realm hosts get the same engine with generic field matching. The boards page shows which boards are verified end to end.
No. It fills the form and saves drafts. The final Submit or Publish is always your click, after you have reviewed the draft.

Yes, when you choose the photos and click Upload selected photos. They go in the order you set, up to each site's own limit (Kijiji takes 10, for example).
REALTOR.ca is fed from your board's MLS, so there is nothing to fill there. The Pull tab can read a REALTOR.ca listing page into a workspace.
