CREA WebForms is where an Ontario listing's paperwork lives, and the MLS Data Information Form, the PropTx Form 290, is the longest piece of it: more than a thousand fields covering everything from sewer type to shoreline exposure. Listing Launchpad's Chrome extension fills the Form 290 from the intake you already completed, so details you entered once land on the data sheet without retyping.
Autofill your next Form 290Listing Launchpad's Chrome extension fills the MLS data input forms in CREA WEBForms, the PropTx Form 290 in both of its current layouts and the RAHB input form, from the listing you entered once. It splits the street address the way the form wants it, ticks feature checkboxes from a position-checked map and fills the remarks. You review and file it.
The Form 290's feature pages look ordinary until you inspect them. The checkbox labels are printed into the form's background image, not written into the page itself, so autofill that guesses by nearby text has nothing to read. The extension instead carries a verified map of the form: each feature value ticks a specific box whose position was checked against the printed form, column by column.
Single-choice groups get the same care. Fields like HST treatment, possession and survey are rows of individual checkboxes with a pick-one instruction, and on a refill the extension clears the old tick before setting the new one, so a changed answer never leaves two boxes checked.
Remarks come along too. The remarks-for-clients box fills from the MLS description you generated in Listing Launchpad, while brokerage remarks, rental items and virtual tour URLs each land in their named fields.
The Form 290 breaks the street address into separate boxes: street number, street name, an abbreviation field for the street type, and a compass grid of direction checkboxes. 41 Park Row N fills as 41, Park, Row, with the North box ticked. The type and direction are parsed out.
Forms that print the address on one line, the way agreement-style documents do, get the opposite treatment: the full line goes in whole. The split follows the form, so you never find the street type jammed into a name field that wanted the name alone.
The extension fills the WebForms MLS data-input templates it has been mapped against: the PropTx Form 290, in both of the layouts it currently ships in, and the RAHB input form. WebForms hosts far more than that. Listing agreements, amendments and disclosures stay your job; this is the data sheet, not your legal paperwork.
Nothing submits itself. The extension fills the fields and leaves the form open, and you review each page, correct anything, and file it the way you always do. If your board runs on PropTx, the same intake feeds the rest of your launch content as well; the board finder shows where your board fits.

The checkbox labels are printed into the form’s background image rather than the page, so there is no text to match. The extension uses a map of each box’s position checked against the printed form.
