* The shapes are counties and districts. Board territories are drawn differently. Census divisions are not real estate board territories. Boards are membership organisations with overlapping catchments, so a filled region means a board’s members trade there, not that the board owns it. 12 of the 49 regions carry more than one board, and a few of the 38 shaded ones are served only in part, which is why your board, not your county, decides signup.
