Dictate the property holds a microphone open while you walk the house and describe it. The words are transcribed as you speak, and the fields in them go to the same review as any import, with the selling points added to the features.
For pages behind a login, like your MLS or a GeoWarehouse report, use the Chrome extension's Pull tab, which reads them where you are already signed in.
Imported values are matched to the board's own options, so a style or a heating type arrives as a word the MLS form accepts. Where a field already has a value, you see both side by side and choose Use Imported or Keep Existing; Accept All and Reject All are there for a long list. A difference only in formatting, like $20,000 against 20000, is not treated as a conflict.
Seller, agent and brokerage names are never imported from someone else's listing.
Upload a floor plan PDF or image and the scan builds the Rooms list: each room with its level and dimensions in feet and inches, ordered floor by floor from the top down, bedrooms first. It counts bathroom pieces from the fixtures drawn and fills the square footage if that field is empty. A new plan is scanned when you upload it; scanning again asks before it replaces a room list you have edited.
Moving from another system? Import a spreadsheet of up to 2,000 listings. Column names from Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Brokermint, Lone Wolf, Dotloop and Matrix and Realm exports are recognised, status words like Sold Conditional and Leased are understood, duplicates are merged by MLS number or address, and photo URLs are brought in. You can undo an import, and the rows it skipped come back as a CSV. Download all listings gives you a CSV that imports straight back.
