When a listing holds offers, the night runs on texts, emails and a spreadsheet you started at 4 PM. Listing Launchpad gives buyer agents a registration link, keeps every registered offer and its documents on the listing, and tells you the moment a new one comes in.
Set up offer night freeOffer night in Listing Launchpad is a registration page for cooperating agents plus an Offers tab on the listing. Buyer agents register and upload their offer through a link, you are alerted on each registration, the AI reads the uploaded offer for its key terms for you to confirm, and Export all downloads every offer with its documents.
Each listing gets its own offer page. You set the offer window and write the instructions buyer agents should follow (how to register, what to include, when offers are reviewed), then share the link in your showing instructions, your MLS remarks or a message to the agents who have been through.
A buyer agent opens the link, registers their offer and uploads the documents: the agreement of purchase and sale, schedules, the deposit confirmation. If they need to come back to add a document, the page gives them a link to resume their registration rather than starting over.
While the listing is holding offers, the public listing page shows a counter of registered offers and a Register an offer banner, so an agent who finds the listing online reaches the same page.
Every new registration sends you a notification in the app and an email, so you are not refreshing a mailbox. The other registered buyer agents get a capped email letting them know the count has moved, which is the competing-offer update they would otherwise phone you for.
On the listing, the Offers tab lists every registration with its documents. When an offer was uploaded through the link, the AI reads it and pulls out the price, deposit, irrevocable time, closing date, buyer name and conditions. Those terms show on the offer card as unconfirmed until you check them against the document and confirm, because a misread irrevocable is not something to find out at midnight.
The offer review time and each offer's irrevocable time also land on your agenda, so the deadline that matters tonight is on the same list as the rest of your week.
Export all downloads a ZIP with a CSV of the registrations and every offer's documents, which is the record of the night for your file and your brokerage.
The morning after the offer date, Listing Launchpad asks how offer night went. If you accepted an offer, it moves the listing to Conditional or Sold firm. If nothing was accepted, it clears the holding-offers fields, helps you rewrite the offer remarks and reminds you to make the same change on your board. If the night moved, you set the new date and it asks again after that one.
Turn on offers for the listing, set the review date and time, and write the instructions for buyer agents.
Paste the registration link into your showing instructions and remarks. The public listing page shows it too.
Each one alerts you, lands on the Offers tab with its documents, and bumps the count other agents see.
Check the AI-read price, deposit, irrevocable, closing and conditions against each offer and confirm them.
Download everything for the file, then answer the next-morning prompt to move the listing on.
No. They open the link, fill in the registration and upload their documents. There is nothing to sign up for on their side.
Not as a comparison table. Each offer has its own card on the Offers tab with its key terms, and the CSV export lists every registration so you can sort them however your seller prefers to see them.
The AI reads offers uploaded through the registration link. Offers you add by hand are recorded as you type them. Either way, nothing the AI read counts until you confirm it.
No. It updates the listing in Listing Launchpad and tells you which changes to make on your board, such as taking down the offer date. The board change is yours to make.
Yes. Offer registration and the competing-offer counter are listed on Starter. Only showing your own logo on the public offer page needs Pro or Studio.
