A listing runs on dates: the shoot, the go-live, the open houses, offer night, the deposit, each condition, closing day and the day the agreement expires. Listing Launchpad keeps them on the listing, counts down the ones that can cost you a deal, and puts them on the calendar you already use.
Track your next listing freeKey Dates is the timeline for a listing: launch milestones and open houses on a Critical Dates tab that syncs to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, and a Deal Clock for a conditional sale that counts down the deposit and each condition and can email you before a deadline. Listings move to Closed on closing day and to Expired after the agreement ends, on their own.
The Critical Dates tab groups milestones into four phases: Pre-Listing, Live Listing, Condition and Firm Sale. A new listing starts with a sensible template (lockbox, staging, media shoot, 3D scan, agent open house, go-live, two public open houses and offer presentation), and you set a date and an optional time on each.
Drag milestones into your own order, push a whole phase back a week in one click when the seller needs more time, and save your order as your default so the next listing starts the way you work. You can share a read-only timeline link with your seller, and clients on a share link see the dates without being able to change them.
Open houses are one event wherever they appear. Schedule one on the timeline and it is on the Open House tab, and the other way round. Once it is over, it ticks itself done.
When a listing goes conditional, the Deal Clock appears on the listing's overview. Enter the deposit amount and due date, each condition with its waive-by date, and the firm date. Each one counts down, turning amber inside 72 hours and red inside 24.
Arm alerts and Listing Launchpad emails you and adds an alert in the app from three days before a deadline until it is dealt with, once a day per deadline. When every condition is waived, Mark it firm moves the deal on. A deal that went firm from the start skips the countdowns altogether.
A sold listing moves to Closed on the evening of its closing date. An active listing moves to Expired the day after the listing agreement ends, with a warning a week before so you can extend it first. Its public page stays up marked off market with the price hidden, and Re-list clears the old MLS numbers and dates when you take it back out.
The /calendar page and the Today screen pull every date from every listing into one agenda: deal deadlines, open houses, milestones, closing days, expiries, a status certificate's delivery deadline, offer review times and irrevocables. An optional morning email, the daily brief, sums up what needs you that day.
Fill in dates on the Critical Dates tab, or save your usual order as the default for every new listing.
From Settings, add your calendar feed to Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, Outlook.com or Office 365.
When the listing goes conditional, enter the deposit and conditions and turn on alerts.
Listings close and expire on their own dates, and the agenda and daily brief show what is next.
Yes. Settings gives you a calendar subscription link with one-click buttons for Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, Outlook.com and Office 365. Milestones and open houses flow into it, and each listing has its own switch. Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, which can be up to about a day.
