Every listing has a hundred small jobs, and the one that gets missed is the one nobody wrote down. Listing Launchpad keeps a checklist on each listing that follows its status, lets you save the way you work as a template, and gives your seller or buyer a checklist of their own.
Start your checklist freeTransaction checklists in Listing Launchpad follow a listing through five stages: Pre-Listing, Digital and Print, Going Live, Accepted Offer and Closing. You can build your own templates or start from a 215-item launch playbook, and seller and buyer checklists go to your clients through their share link, with reminder emails a week and a day before closing.
Each listing has a checklist for each of five stages: Pre-Listing, Digital and Print, Going Live, Accepted Offer and Closing. The listing's status decides which stages are live, so a new listing shows prep work and a firm deal shows closing work.
Add, rename, group and reorder items, add a note to any of them, and hide what is already checked. Open items from every listing also appear on your Today screen, a few per listing, and you can tick them off right there.
When a listing's checklist is the way you like it, save it as a template and start the next listing from it. The template is copied onto each listing, so changing one listing's list never changes another's.
If you would rather not build from scratch, start from a Starter Pack. The Full-Service Launch Playbook has 215 items covering the whole run from listing appointment to closing, and you can trim it to fit. Your brokerage's board default is there too.
Clients get checklists of their own, separate from yours. Every listing gets a seller checklist, and you can make a buyer or seller checklist for a client who does not have a listing with you yet.
You send it through the client's share link, which opens their portal. They tick items off, add notes, add up to 50 items of their own and reorder them. With a closing date set, they see a countdown, and reminder emails go out seven days and one day before closing, with an optional copy to you.
