Seller Report

Your seller hears from you every Monday

Sellers go quiet and then worried when they do not hear from their agent. Listing Launchpad sends them a short report every Monday morning with the week's numbers, so they always know the listing is being worked.

In short

The weekly seller report is a Monday morning email to your seller with the listing page's visitors this week and the change from last week, new leads, open house sign-ins and the next open house, days on market, the top three traffic sources and a one-line summary. You switch it on per listing, choose who receives it, and it is skipped in a week with no activity.

What your seller sees

The report opens with a one-line summary of the week, then the numbers: people who visited the listing page and how that compares to last week, leads from the page, sign-ins at the open house and when the next one is, days on market, and the top three places visitors came from.

It is short on purpose. A seller reads it on their phone on Monday morning and knows where things stand without a phone call.

Set it once

Switch the report on for a listing and choose the recipients: the sellers linked to the listing plus anyone else you add. Send a test to yourself first. Replies come to you, and every report carries an unsubscribe and your details for CASL. A week with no activity is skipped rather than sending a report of zeroes.

Why a report every week

Most seller complaints start with silence. A listing with a slow week is easier to talk about when the seller has seen the numbers every Monday than when they hear about it for the first time at a price conversation. The report gives both of you the same facts, so the call about price or presentation starts from something you both already know.

It also saves you the Monday-morning round of updates. The report covers the routine numbers, and your time goes to the sellers who need a real conversation that week.

What to pair it with

The report covers your listing page, leads and open houses. Pair it with the client portal for the details only your seller can confirm, the timeline link for the dates ahead, and the net sheet when the conversation turns to price.
